Dr. Hemen Goswami, Founder and CTO
Hemen Goswami has more than 20 years of experience in managing and building mission critical enterprise applications. He played many leadership roles in global IT and technology companies. In his current role, Hemen is responsible to provide leadership to Damyant Software in building enterprise solutions in areas of RIA/Web 2.0, Cloud and Mobile Computation. Prior to founding Damyant Software, Hemen was the CTO of Infogain Corporation, a US based software service and consulting company. Prior to that Hemen worked with General Electric in their Transportation Division at the Florida facility. He was the one of the key members to start the first offshore software development center for GE Transportation at Bangalore, India.

Hemen has BS in Electronics from Gauhati University, India, and MS and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, Florida, USA. He has published several papers in national and international conferences and journals in areas of data compression, algorithms, software engineering, and software computational techniques. He has written book chapters on optimal algorithm and software estimation. He was on the technical program committee of the IFIP and IEEE Conference on Network Control and Engineering for QoS, Security, and Mobility 2003. Dr. Goswami has been on the review board of the World Scientific and Engineering Academy and Society (WSEAS). He also served as chair and keynote speaker of several international conferences and workshops.

Maneesh Madan, Chief Consulting Architect
Maneesh is an enterprise architect having 13+ years of experience as IT consultant with an excellent track record for products design and development. He has outstanding experience in preparing proof of concepts for new technologies, defining application architecture, performance and scalability engineering, production deployment planning and tuning.

He is well versed in “object-oriented” and “aspects oriented” analysis & design, database design, design for middleware component, Java EE architecture using leading frameworks/solutions. He also has extensive experience in designing and implementation of service oriented workflow solutions, BPM solutions, Business intelligence frameworks, portal technologies, messaging systems etc. More recently he has acquired excellent hands-on experience on deployment and hosting on cloud computing platforms like Google App Engine, Amazon Elastic cloud, Rack Space Cloud etc. Maneesh has a graduate degree in engineering from Bangalore University.
